This is the temporary placing of the
S.F.A.L. Headquarters. When my ftp program problems are fixed, it'll most likely be
moving back to anime-manga.net. Maybe. Or I'll just get one of those nifty free
domain names for easy typing. ^_^; Noruka soruka, tonikaku yatte mimasu! (Sink
or swim, I'll try anyway!)
Anyway, things appear to be coming along
for the Nejiiru Gumi. We're pretty much set on going to Anime Con '99 in July.
We being the normal frosh, three juniors, and whoever else wants to come along for the
ride (and will pay for gas and hotel money). For more information on the con, you
can visit the official page here. I've
pretty much given up on the audacity of the other members on the subject of getting stuff
to me to put up on a semi-regular basis. So, it's basically changed from group
reviews to my reviews, with Sydney dispensing her FFVII fanfiction. ^.^ But
remember, anyone is welcome to contribute their own views.
Along with that, we're trying to put
together an official anime club at our high school. We've got the administrator, now
we're just waiting for someone to get the damn form. *siiigh* I guess we'll
see.
The page has a... different look, if you
haven't noticed. I'm still keeping the page layout as simple as I can without going
crazy. Hopefully it'll look good with any kind of resolution, but I still highly
recommend 800 by 600. Aaaand I don't think this page is very kind to older
versions of Netscape. ^^
Ah, one more thing: Ramen Girl got a
Chibi-Zel from the Slayers FFML! (Whoa, just say that real quick.) *huuugs
the little sucker* It's so cool! Now I want a Chibi-Hayama and a
Chibi-Syaoran... ^^
Oh, and before I forget, here's the weird
Japanese idiom/quote of the News Flash:
"Mittomonai kara,
bakawarai wa yamenasai."
"Stop laughing like an
idiot; it's unseemly."
See ya next update!
